線(xiàn)束檢測臺

1.檢測項目:回路通斷,誤配,端子安裝到位檢測，氣密性檢測，鎖扣漏裝，附屬件漏裝，檢測合格提示取走導線(xiàn). 

2.采用研華工業(yè)電腦,22寸液晶濕示器,測試點(diǎn)位為單板240P,與氣動(dòng)工裝通過(guò)2x8牛角對接，方便插拔.   

3.可外接條碼打印機,打印二維條碼,三維條碼,公司信息及線(xiàn)束品名等,測試合格自動(dòng)打印標簽  

4.檢測治具采用防靜電電木制作,帶指示燈提示功能,方便確準位置 

5.可自動(dòng)學(xué)習回路點(diǎn)和手動(dòng)學(xué)習  

6.測試臺為鈑金結構，邊沿采用不銹鋼材料,附有X軸Y軸坐標.氣動(dòng)檢測臺如下：

線(xiàn)束檢測臺氣動(dòng)治具簡(jiǎn)介：

A,將膠盒插治具后,治具上的鎖片即卡住接插件.其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是操作方便測試效率高.      

A,Whethe connecor is plugged into the jig,the locking would lock the connector immediately.The advantages  areConvenient op-eration and high test effciency.      

線(xiàn)束檢測臺  B,傾斜式與平面式：

1），平面式：主要用于未分割汽車(chē)線(xiàn)束系統.由于整車(chē)線(xiàn)束比較重，平鋪后方便操作，但需要多人操作.       

1),Flat type:Mainly used for unsegmentation automotive harness system.The system for the whole automotive is heavy but convenient to operate when tiled,although it needs several operators to work on it.        

2),傾斜式：主要用于有分割的汽車(chē)線(xiàn)束系統.傾斜比較符合人體工程學(xué)要求,目前大部份都采取這種方式。        

2),Inclined type:mainy used for segmentation automotive hamess system.because incline comforms to ergonomics and it is widely used now圖2檢線(xiàn)束檢測臺測模塊簡(jiǎn)介：

A.公端子相應的位置開(kāi)出規定大小的方孔,當端子出現歪斜不佳時(shí)，連接器將無(wú)法放入模塊.         

 A, Cut a specified hole at the make terminal’ scor-responding position,and the connector can’t be put into the module when the terminal skews.         

 B,方孔公差為+0.1mm,材料為絕緣耐磨電木板.          

 B, The hole tolerance it +0.1mm ,made from insu-lating and wear-resistance electric board.       

 C,通過(guò)特殊探針可以100%檢測出未定位或者反插的端子,防止不佳流出           

 C,Unlocated or anti-plugged terminals would be 100% test using special test probed.
